Inside of Web3 I have managed projects, discords and even attempted to unrug a project. I was a community manager and lead Mod for Cynova prior to their mint and was successful at leading the community and driving results during the mint process and following. Outside of Web3 I manage 100+ employees and 8 supervisors in a high pace fast growing food and beverage industry. We average 9-11 million gallons of product a month. I have to achieve specific goals and KPIs monthly with RCAs when these are hit. Working well under pressure and time management are keys to my success.
