Employers used to call on me for my ability to absorb details of complex problems and find creative solutions in record time. The breadth and depth of my experience is what helps me reach across disciplines and collaborate with other teams to bring projects to completion. I am very forward thinking, and I can learn anything, but I have transitioned to managing and coaching inexperienced developers into productive and confident software engineers, and planning or designing systems, activities where I make a bigger impact on an organization.
