I started working in customer service and received many increases in job opportunities with my current company. I ended up being promoted to manager. I do HTML on some pages of the website, manage the support team, deal with customers, refunds, payroll, pto, organization, HR and so much more. I would like to work more in coding and development because when I was learning the little I did, I found it was something I truly enjoy doing.
