Hello! I am trying to build a career here in Web3. I've worked as a technical support in a BPO company and I was responsible in troubleshooting mobile devices while providing superb customer service. I also have Human Resource Management skills that I gained during my intership. Most of my time I watch youtube video learning Digital Marketing Skills and Graphic Design and I also take advantage of Free Courses in Coursera to broaden my knowledge and take initiative to upskill and make myself useful for my employer.
