Looking to work for a startup where I can have more of an impact. Life is simply too short to work somewhere you where you aren’t passionate about what you’re doing everyday. Summary: Seasoned Compliance Operations manager with experience in strategy, risk, and policy creation. A growth-minded leader who values employee development and who is passionate about Web3, the future of finance. Long-form bio: I have found that the tasks I draw the most energy and excitement from are those surrounding strategy, policy development, and working with others/managing a team. Although I love the company I work for, my true passion is for web3. As such, I am also presently an Advisor to a blockchain-based lending startup, Abundance Protocol. For the past five months I have been working as the company’s acting COO/CCO as we finalize the legal structure, formulate company strategy, and look to onboard additional team members. I have also worked at two investment banks, where I worked on operational improvements for digitizing lending strategy and contract negotiations. I currently like in San Francisco and am happy to chat anytime.
