Thank you for taking time to read my bio. I am a passionate NFT/crypto investor and degen, a retail regional operations manager and I volunteer for many NFT projects helping grow their brands. I want to find a way to bridge my years in retail operations and my passion so that I can find a career I truly love. I believe there are three things that dictate if a business succeeds or fails regardless of industry; staffing, scheduling and training.
