Bio
An experienced IT and customer service professional with a wide range of skills gained from running my own small New Media and IT companies (since 1997) and working for larger companies as part of a team: both in-house and as a remote contractor. Following my degree studies in London, I returned to south west England where I developed my skill set as an Account Executive, Customer Service Advisor, Trainer and IT Tech Support. Many of these positions were maintained alongside running my own business (in my spare time). I have a natural flair for learning and understanding complex apps, software & systems and a knack for imparting my knowledge on less tech-savvy users, using my quirky sense of humour to explain complex technical issues.
