I am a senior innovation consultant and UX design director. My product design projects including EV experience for Ford; digital transformation for telco company, Hong Kong Telecom; Virtual Personal Assistance for Ford & Lincoln; baby wearable monitor for Mattel, and more. I worked with iconic design consultancy IDEO and Continuum, also award-winning agency VMLYR, AKQA, Ogilvy and TBWA, for the past fourteen years. I am looking for a senior/lead design role in which I could envision and define the next generation of products, services and experiences. My craft of the fields including qualitative design research, insights, strategy, concept & ideation, architecture, user scenarios, user flows, wireframes, interface, interaction, graphic, illustration and motion design. My craft and experience in UX design and brand digital experience enable me to be an advocate for the users in multidisciplinary teams. My role on projects includes leading and practicing design thinking projects from identifying consumer insights, strategy to actionable UX design to the user's hand. Outside of projects, I had built and managed a team from 4 to 13 designers; shaped business development conversation; and managed marketing on social media for my organization.
