My client is an innovative hybrid exchange that merges the best of CeFi and DeFi, emphasising safety, simplicity, and scalability in crypto trading. Their unique approach to decentralisation, combined with its commitment to regulatory compliance and customer protection, has made it a trusted destination for both institutional and retail investors.

The are urgently seeking a Lead and multiple Senior Software Engineers with expertise in Go / Golang and building scalable, high-performance systems.

Projects / responsibilities:

Trading infrastructure and features for the exchange

Designing and developing real-time trading systems, including a matching engine, market‐making algorithms or similar high frequency trading strategies.
Designing and developing fault-tolerant trading features, such as UIs and tools that interface with financial models and instruments.

Real-time market data

Build a highly performant and scalable Websocket infrastructure that can stream massive amounts of data near real-time to our application and external API users
Architect a system that prioritises near real-time delivery, robust reliability, and cost-effective resource usage.

Notification Services

Develop a robust and scalable notification system that seamlessly integrates with their trading and non-trading systems, ensuring timely and reliable communication with users and internal stakeholders.

Integrate the Back-end with a High-TPS ZK-Powered Validium

Collaborate with the engineering team to seamlessly integrate the back-end systems with a high-throughput, zero-knowledge (ZK) powered validium, ensuring the exchange's ability to handle large trading volumes and maintain the integrity of transactions.

For the Lead role: Lead a Team of Engineers

Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of talented engineers, ensuring that project timelines are met and product requirements are effectively translated into functional solutions.
Facilitate clear communication between the engineering team and the product team, helping to disambiguate requirements and drive the successful delivery of the trading infrastructure and services.
