Job Description

Responsibilities

Know how to explore resources, and get more collaboration with different projects, media and KOLs in the blockchain and Web 3.0 industry
Develop business and relationship with To-B projects
Design campaigns and marketing strategies
Collaborate with the devs and other marketing members to collectively make product decisions
Working closely with marketing and business development team in a collaborative and efficient manner
Keep track of user data and constantly improve accordingly

Requirements

Spend lots of time on social medias and understand them well
Actively operate your own social media, such as twitter, etc
Worked in Web3 marketing or related fields for more than 2 years
Has great communication and writing skills
Come up with creative plans and strategies to getting more users onboard
Iterates your strategies with data and generate better ROIs
Communicate a lot with users and bring feedbacks to the product team
Result in great user adoption growth
Proficiency in English at a native or near-native level is required, with a preference for those who can also speak a second language, such as Chinese or Korean
