Role overview
sufai vision is to build a financial system that puts people first. We envision a future where the majority of global financial transactions are driven by CLAMMs and other Decentralized Finance (DeFi) products. Our ambition reaches beyond becoming the leading provider of financial primitives in crypto—we aim to reshape the foundation of finance itself. We are building the next NASDAQ. It doesn't matter where you come from, where you went to school, or what industry you're in—if you've done exceptional work, join us to work at the edge of AI engineering.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with our CTO from the Flatiron office in NYC to revolutionize productivity of our talented contributors. You'll analyze, optimize, and design frameworks to scale LLM adoption across the team, train engineers, and push the boundaries of prompt engineering.
What You’ll Do
• Collaborate on AI-Driven Software Processes: Work closely with the Founder/CTO to design and implement an AI-agent-driven software engineering process. • Analyze Existing Systems: Evaluate the Orca team’s current software stack to identify necessary context and optimizations for enhancing LLM responses. • Plan AI Integration: Develop a comprehensive strategy to integrate AI agents into the software development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with team goals and productivity benchmarks. • Train and Scale Adoption: Lead training sessions for the engineering team, scaling the implementation of LLM/Agent-driven processes across the entire software stack.
What you’ll bring
• Office Enthusiast: You are a software engineer in NYC who wants to come into the Flatiron office 5 days a week and work directly with the founder/CTO. • Prompt Engineering Expert: You are obsessed with prompt engineering models like Claude 3.5 Sonnet and o1 to push their capabilities. • AI Visionary: You are convinced that 2025 is the year that AI Agents can become as productive as mid-level software engineers, and you can’t wait for the newest frontier models to be released. • Framework Critic: You’ve experimented with various Agent frameworks and have developed strong, well-informed opinions about how they can evolve to be more effective. • Technical LLM Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of how language models function at a technical level, enabling you to navigate and innovate in the AI space confidently.
