**WHAT YOU’LL DO:**
* Execute on a U.S. Army SBIR Phase I contract focused on Vision Language Action (VLA) models and bi-manual cobots
* Implement VLA/VLM/LLM on cloud and embedded robotic platforms
* Take full ownership of the technical stack and development roadmap for a dual-use AI platform serving military and industrial manufacturing use cases
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
* Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI, Robotics, or a relevant technical field
* Strong programming skills in C++ and Python
* Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as Pytorch and TensorFlow
* Experience with ROS, ROS2, and Universal Robot RTDE
* Experience with UR5e arms, end effectors, and manipulation systems
**Location:**
MassRobotics in Boston, MA (On-Site). Must be available to begin on-site work in November 2025
**Expected Work Hours:**
20~40 hours per week with flexibility for intense deliverable periods and demos.
