And consensus on this episode is: this psychiatric hospital should be closed immediately and indefinitely. Dean Winchester gives some truly horrific health stats in this episode and KJ comes in with a list of where the average person should be just to make it that much worse.
CW Episode Description: A former hunter named Martin (guest star Jon Gries), who is currently institutionalized, calls Sam and Dean for help investigating a case in the mental hospital. The brothers get themselves admitted as patients to check out the mysterious monster that is attacking the patients, but their incarceration pushes both to the breaking point as they unleash their inner demons against each other.
