**Intelligent Driving division**
, the team focuses on two strategic pillars:

* **Technical Foresight**
– Continuously tracking and decoding global innovations in embodied intelligence, world models, autonomous agents, and real-world foundation models.
* **Frontier Research**
– Conducting exploratory studies and developing foundational capabilities that empower the next generation of autonomous systems.

The mission is to anticipate breakthroughs, translate them into actionable insights, and guide the company’s roadmap in AI planning, decision-making, and simulation. The team keeps close track of global leaders such as Tesla and Waymo while also contributing to top-tier academic and technical outputs.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Strategic Leadership**

* Formulate AI technology and business strategies across domains such as autonomous driving, embodied intelligence, Physical AI, and generative AI.
* Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify emerging opportunities and define AI innovation roadmaps.

**Technology Trend Analysis**

* Monitor global AI advancements, competitive landscapes, and regulatory developments (e.g., AI ethics, compliance frameworks).
* Evaluate cutting-edge technologies (LLMs, reinforcement learning, multimodal AI) and assess potential business impacts.

**Ecosystem Development**

* Build partnerships with academia, industry consortia, and startups to foster co-innovation and leverage external expertise.
* Represent the company in collaborations, conferences, and technical committees.

**Insight Delivery**

* Produce strategic and technical insight reports for executive leadership to inform global business planning.
* Translate research insights into actionable strategic recommendations.

**Requirements**

**Education & Experience**

* Master’s degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* 3+ years of professional experience in autonomous driving or AI industries, with a strong understanding of technology trends and application scenarios.
* Background in technology foresight, strategy consulting, or academic research in related domains is highly preferred.

**Knowledge**

* Familiarity with autonomous driving and Physical AI architectures (e.g., planning, simulation, LLM/VLM integration).
* Understanding of AI ethics, standards, and governance frameworks.
* Awareness of global trends in intelligent mobility and robotics.

**Skills & Competencies**

* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to balance technical feasibility, market needs, and ROI.
* Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and manage ambiguity in emerging technology areas.
* **Proficiency in Chinese communication and writing is required**
for effective collaboration across global teams.
* Bonus: Hands-on experience in AI-related product or technology R&D (e.g., AD/ADAS).
