What you'll work on
- Research and analyze the latest advancements in artificial intelligence technologies and identify opportunities to leverage them for game development, with a particular focus on improving the game's visual and audio experience
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, and developers to identify areas where AI technologies can be implemented to improve visual effects, animation, and audio processing
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the potential of AI technologies in game development for art
- Integrate AI technologies into existing game development workflows and pipelines for art development
- Provide guidance and training to the game development team on how to effectively utilize AI technologies for art creation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in AI technology and gaming industry, and share knowledge and insights with the team
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, and how it can be applied to the art in games.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in game development, such as C++, Python, and Java, and a good understanding of digital art and design tools, such as Maya and Photoshop
- Familiarity with game engines such as Unity, Unreal Engine
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passion for gaming, digital art, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the gaming industry
