Seasoned Design and Product Producer focused on driving the quality, efficiency and value within software strategy. I amplify both organizational and operational excellence through developing risk mitigation plans upon identifying misalignment areas within design, product, engineering, marketing and documentation teams. I craft holistic design and product programs, build tools, and ensure that the values of the design and product teams are carried throughout the cross-functional teams of the organization. I am a strong communicator and problem solver, and lead agile transformations at scale. I anticipate and manage risks and dependencies, and develop high performing teams through executing successful programs, rituals, tools and strategic process improvement initiatives. I am additionally driving Web3 initiatives within the learning, education & development and gaming space at Amazon.
