What we're looking for
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
Experience: Experience in business management, entrepreneurship or sales with sensors/measurement systems/software or a related industry.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in environmental regulations, air quality standards or experience working with government or regulatory agencies.
Sales Acumen: Strong familiarity with sales methodologies and customer decision making for purchasing of measurement devices or investment goods.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with sales methodologies and usage of CRM systems.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Mindset: Team-focused, competitive, coachable, open-minded, willing to learn, is inquisitive and hungry for growth while exhibiting a pleasant attitude. Strong desire and proven work ethic for personal and professional growth in a competitive sales market.
