What you'll work on
- Gather and analyze business requirements, and then put together functional specifications and designs;
- Make sure that 3rd parties deliveries vs requirements by performing thorough testing
- Document E2E use cases and execute tests in different environments
- Support and guide end users during UAT
- Collect and log development bugs, figure out their priority, and assign them;
- Conduct impact analysis for changes in products or client needs affecting advice delivery
What we're looking for
- You hold a higher education in computer science (University, HES, Swiss Federal Diploma, EPF);
- You demonstrate experience in client reporting and private banking;
- You possess good presentation and communication skills;
- You are someone who learns fast and can understand functional knowledge on the software applications;
- You have the ability to speak to technical and non-technical people;
- You can easily work in English and French;
- You are a Swiss resident.
