Role overview
You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our Stake against fraudulent activities. You will be responsible for analysing large datasets, identifying patterns, and developing strategies to mitigate risks associated with fraudulent player behavior.
You will also be responsible for creating insightful dashboards that provide insights for various stakeholders across the business such as marketing, customer support and our VIP teams. You’ll address ad-hoc queries related to promotions, VIP programs, and payment processing as well.
You will be joining our Business Intelligence team which currently consists of 11 individuals; 8 analysts, 2 analytical engineers, 1 data scientist and a Head of Business Intelligence. You will be working alongside them all and work closely with the Sportsbook team. You will report to the Head of Business Intelligence.
What you'll work on
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years working as a Data Analyst, preferably within the online gaming or gambling industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, and SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience in creating interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
