We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong communication skills and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights.
**General Responsibilities**
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and opportunities.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate findings.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across various sources.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests.
**Qualification**
**Must Have**
* Minimum of 1 year experience in supply chain or data analysis.
* Bilingual in Chinese and English due to the internal and external stakeholders
* Microsoft Excel (Formula, Pivot Table, Visualization)
* Power BI / Tableau
* Basic Statistics Knowledge
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
**Nice to Have**
* SQL
* Python (Basic Analytics, Data Cleaning, Data Collection, Machine Learning)
