Role: Senior Data Science & Power Automate Specialist (AI/ML Specialist)
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)
Role Summary: We are seeking a Senior Data Science and AI/ML Specialist with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate to design and deliver intelligent, data-driven automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, data science and AI model integration and be capable of connecting these solutions to Power Automate workflows for end-to-end process automation.
What you'll work on
• Design, build and deploy AI/ML models using Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Azure OpenAI.
• Use Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) to integrate AI/ML solutions into business workflows and automate decision-making processes.
• Develop AI-based solutions such as OCR, NLP, sentiment analysis, document classification and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI-driven automation opportunities.
• Build prototypes and POCs to validate automation ideas using AI and data science capabilities.
• Ensure all solutions follow best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot deployed AI and automation workflows.
• Document solution architecture, data flow, and integration logic.
Required Skill & Qualification:
• Proven experience in Data Science, AI and Machine Learning, including data preparation, model development, and deployment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) with ability to design, build, and manage automation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI/ML services (Cognitive Services, Form Recognizer, Azure ML, Azure OpenAI).
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, and data integration techniques. • Experience with OCR, NLP, and predictive modelling in business automation contexts.
• Familiarity with Azure ecosystem (Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory) and API integrations.
• Understanding of the RPA lifecycle and intelligent automation concepts
