What you'll work on
- Develop production-ready, robust, and scalable systems in the domain of AI operations, focusing on next-generation technology.
- Collaborate within an agile environment to provide innovative technical solutions that meaningfully enhance the experience of end users, including model developers, data scientists, and quantitative analysts.
- Contribute to significant cost savings for our client by optimizing the time to market of AI applications while adhering to operational controls and governance.
- Lead the development and management of a centralized model registry for the bank, ensuring effective tracking and governance of AI models.
- Develop CICTCD pipelines for different runtimes and platforms.
- Develop APIs and services for AI products that facilitate model monitoring and enhance performance and security.
- Integrate robust security solutions, including model scanners and AI firewalls, to safeguard AI operations.
What we're looking for
- You justify a strong proficiency in Python, demonstrating your ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- You are experienced in Infrastructure as Code.
- You have good knowledge of provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure, particularly using Terraform.
- You have experience with scripting for automation of cloud-related tasks. (e.g. Bash and / or PowerShell for Azure automation).
- You have experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD methodologies as well as GitLab.
- You possess a solid understanding of cloud services, capabilities, and architecture.
- You have experience in deploying, managing, and scaling applications (preferably on Azure).
- You are experienced in containerization and orchestration, particularly with Docker and Kubernetes, and ideally, you have worked with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for managing containerized applications.
- You have the ability to understand and implement cloud security best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC), network security groups (NSGs), and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
- You possess knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery strategies and tools.
- You have experience with incident management.
- You show experience in cost management, utilizing Azure Cost Management tools to monitor and optimize cloud costs.
- You are familiar with Ansible.
- You speak English fluently.
- You possess a valid Swiss work permit, or you are EU national and willing to relocate to Zurich.
