**Founding Full-Stack Engineer**
We’re hiring a founding full-stack engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping our technical architecture, product direction, and engineering culture from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founding team to translate our vision into a scalable, robust, and elegant platform. This is an early-stage role with significant ownership and impact, tackling complex challenges at the intersection of distributed systems, cloud architecture, and applied machine learning.
What we're looking for
* Design, develop, and deploy core backend systems and infrastructure for our platform.
* Build and maintain highly scalable, reliable, and secure distributed systems capable of handling high throughput.
* Manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems, fostering a culture of automation and operational excellence.
* Partner with founders, product managers, and customers to define the product roadmap and ensure technical strategy aligns with business goals.
* Act as a cultural cornerstone for the engineering team, helping to attract, interview, and mentor future hires.

* 2–3 years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of building, shipping, and maintaining complex backend systems.
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline); advanced degrees welcome.
* Proficiency in Python with a deep understanding of systems-level concepts.
* Demonstrated knowledge of distributed systems, microservices architecture, API design, and data processing pipelines for enterprise-grade platforms.
* Experience with machine learning, MLOps, and deploying ML infrastructure to production is highly desired.
* Comfortable operating with ambiguity, wearing multiple hats, and taking ownership.
* Prior experience as an early engineer at a venture-backed startup (Seed to Series B) is a plus.
* Growth mindset and intrinsic motivation to learn.
* Deep interest or experience in machine learning, MLOps, and production-level deployment of ML models.
* Familiarity with interpretability tools for ML systems at scale.
