Role overview
This is a 6-month contract to start.

What we're looking for
* 3–6+ years of experience in software engineering, NLP engineering, or conversational AI development.
* Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage.
* Strong experience designing and refining prompts for LLMs (Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
* Experience with Google CCAI: Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, CCAI Insights.
* Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
* Experience building backend APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
* Understanding of LLM concepts such as grounding, vector embeddings, retrieval, and model evaluation.
* Familiarity with contact center technologies and processes (CSAT, AHT, escalation, deflection).
