- Integrate AI services and automations with CRM and other GTM systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware, ensuring reliability and data integrity.
- Monitor and enhance AI systems through iterative prompt design, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and error handling to improve performance and business impact.
- Build or support AI-driven forecasting and pipeline intelligence tools, including deal-risk models, next-best-action recommendations, forecast rollups, and scenario modeling.
- Collaborate with RevOps and Finance to align AI forecasting with existing methodologies while increasing consistency, accuracy, and visibility.
- Develop proactive alerts and insights that surface forecast changes, risk signals, and GTM performance trends to leadership teams.
- Partner with IT and Security teams to ensure all AI solutions adhere to security, compliance, data handling, and scalability standards.
- Partner with BI/Data teams to define data contracts, ensure strong data foundations for AI workflows, and align on instrumentation, measurement, and logging requirements.
