We mainly deal in early careers (1-6 years) and focus on technical projects with hyper-growth potential (unicorns only)
We're unashamedly ambitious when it comes to investing. There are no lifestyle businesses in our portfolio. This is not a place for people to dip their toes into company building. It's likely one of the most ambitious environments in the country.
The role
Help us find exceptional people all over Europe and recruit them into one of our 2 cohorts run each year. You won't be selling these people jobs, you'll be qualifying them as founders, understanding their needs for investment and giving them a platform to succeed.
We travel all over Europe attending conferences and events whilst hosting intimate dinners to stay deeply connected to the best upcoming founders.
