We’re looking for passionate Blockchain Developers to join our founding team and help build the first prototype of the Renso Marketchain platform. As a founding team member, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of retail and have the opportunity to earn Renso Tokens as part of our DAO-based compensation model.
What You’ll Do• Design, develop, and deploy the core blockchain infrastructure for Renso Marketchain. • Implement smart contracts for decentralized governance, fair compensation, and transparent transactions. • Integrate blockchain with other technologies (AI, geolocation, IoT) to create a seamless user experience. • Collaborate with the founding team to define the technical roadmap and architecture of the platform. • Ensure security, scalability, and efficiency of the blockchain network. • Participate in the DAO governance model, contributing to key decisions about the platform’s future.
What We’re Looking For• Experience:• 3+ years of experience in blockchain development. • Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or other blockchain programming languages. • Experience with Ethereum, Polkadot, or other blockchain ecosystems. • Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and smart contract development. • Skills:• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic principles. • Experience with decentralized storage solutions (IPFS, Arweave, etc.). • Knowledge of front-end integration (React, Node.js, etc.) is a plus. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment. • Mindset:• Passionate about decentralization, transparency, and innovation. • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take ownership of projects. • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.
