Join Bitsoâs Legal team and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of corporate governance, commercial contracting, marketing support, IP, and legal operations within one of the most dynamic fintech companies in Latin America. You will help us keep our corporate structure sharp, support business-critical contracts, and partner closely with high-performing teams. This role is designed to give you real ownership, exposure, and learning from day one.
What you'll work on
- Law student currently in 6th semester or above.
- Must live in Mexico City (CDMX) and have the ability to attend in-person appointments when needed.
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken), with proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Strong written communication skills in Spanish, with ability to draft clear and structured documents.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience (academic or internship) preparing or reviewing legal documents such as contracts, corporate records, or compliance materials.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Procurement).
- Able to navigate and organize information in digital tools (Google Workspace, contract folders, trackers, etc.).
What we're looking for
- Interest in fintech, crypto, corporate governance, IP, or commercial law.
- Prior internship in corporate, commercial, or IP legal work.
- Familiarity with basic contract structures.
