As our Marketing Manager, you are the chief storyteller and guardian of the Bitso brand. Your mission is to build a brand that resonates with millions across Latin America, transforming crypto from a complex concept into a trusted, accessible financial tool for daily life.
What you'll work on
- Brand Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the comprehensive brand marketing strategy and annual plan to drive brand awareness, affinity, and consideration in our key markets, with a major focus on the Mexican market.
- Campaign Orchestration: Lead the end-to-end development of integrated, multi-channel brand campaignsâfrom initial concept to execution and reporting. You will be the visionary behind our efforts across channels like OOH, digital video, audio, sponsorships, and experiential events.
- Creative Partnership: Act as the primary stakeholder for the brand, crafting insightful creative briefs and partnering with our in-house creative studio and external agencies to develop breakthrough campaigns and memorable brand assets.
- Brand Governance: Champion brand consistency across all touchpoints. You will develop, maintain, and socialize our brand guidelines, serving as the go-to expert for all things related to the Bitso brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Measurement & Insights: Own the measurement of brand health. Define key metrics (e.g., brand awareness, sentiment, consideration) and use data from market research, social listening, and campaign analytics to derive insights that inform future strategy and prove the ROI of brand investment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to ensure brand initiatives are synergetic with growth objectives, and partner with Product Marketing to translate product features into compelling, consumer-facing narratives.
- Partnerships & Activations: Identify and manage strategic brand partnerships, sponsorships, and activations that align with our mission and introduce Bitso to new audiences in authentic ways.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns for consumer-facing brands.
- A Master Storyteller: You are a strategic and creative thinker who can translate complex concepts (like crypto) into simple, emotionally resonant stories that connect with people.
- Cross-Functional Glue: You have exceptional experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams, especially creative, performance marketing, and product marketing. You know how to write a brilliant brief.
- Data-Informed: You are comfortable with brand tracking studies, market research methodologies, and campaign performance analysis to measure impact and guide your strategic decisions.
- Project Management Excellence: You possess outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bilingual: Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is required. Proficiency in Portuguese is a strong plus.
- Customer-Obsessed: You have a deep empathy for the customer and are driven to build a brand that truly serves their needs and earns their trust.
