. You’ll partner with executives, investors, and product leaders to translate AI potential into tangible business impact across lending, payments, wealth, and capital markets.
**What You’ll Do**
* Architect and drive the AI strategy across multiple portfolio and client companies, aligning AI initiatives with commercial and investment objectives.
* Advise senior executives and Boards, shaping data and AI transformation roadmaps that accelerate growth, reduce cost, and ensure regulatory readiness.
* Design frameworks for scalable and compliant AI adoption — covering governance, risk, ethics, and explainability for financial environments.
* Oversee design and deployment of high-impact ML and LLM systems, including predictive modeling, agentic automation, and customer intelligence platforms.
* Collaborate with investment, innovation, and product teams to identify and operationalize AI-driven opportunities across the fintech ecosystem.
* Lead by influence and example — mentoring teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and solution architects to deliver measurable outcomes.
**What You Bring**
* **7+ years of experience**
delivering AI/ML initiatives within fintech, financial services, or data-driven technology firms.
* Proven track record as both strategic advisor and execution leader, ideally from consulting, PE/VC, or transformation environments.
* Strong background in software engineering, ML operations, and LLM integration, with hands-on experience bringing AI systems into production.
* Ability to translate complex AI concepts into strategic business levers, influencing C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
* Deep understanding of financial data ecosystems, regulatory constraints, and AI/ML opportunities in financial products and platforms.
