**The Role**
As the founding Product Manager, you’ll define and deliver the future of AI in finance. You’ll work directly with our CEO, CTO, and Head of AI to build the products that reshape how investment professionals evaluate deals and deploy capital.
You’ll be the connective tissue between AI research, engineering, and customer workflows — translating complex models into intuitive, indispensable tools. This is an in-the-weeds, IC-heavy role, ideal for someone who loves to prototype, test, and ship at speed.
**You will:**
* Lead the build of AI-native workflows that replace decades-old, offline, human-driven processes
* Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver agentic, natural-language-driven product experiences
* Run deep customer discovery with private market investors to inform product roadmap
* Drive product velocity from concept to launch — prioritizing ruthlessly in a fast 996 cadence
* Help define product culture and systems for a category-defining AI company
**You Are:**
* Obsessed with AI and fluent in the tools, models, and emerging paradigms shaping the space
* A hands-on PM who has built AI-powered or deeply technical enterprise products
* Energized by zero-to-one environments where you build the plane while flying it
* Comfortable working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers and data scientists in-office
* Located in San Francisco and ready to work full-time on-site
**Bonus Points**
* Experience in financial technology, private markets, or investment workflows
* Experience at an AI-first company (Anthropic, OpenAI, Glean, Cohere, Harvey, Perplexity, etc.)
* Background in computer science, engineering, or applied AI product management
