👩🏽‍💻 The Role:  Product Manager

We're hiring a Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle of client builds — from first call to launch.

This is a high-ownership, multidisciplinary role where you’ll be equal parts technical product thinker, UX designer, and client whisperer. You’ll partner with early-stage founders to define what to build, de-risk complexity, and orchestrate a hybrid team of engineers and AI agents to bring products to life, fast. Think of yourself as a mix of  UX designer, account manager, and product thinker .

You need to understand how software gets built, not just how to scope it. You’ll ask the hard questions. Uncover hidden edge cases. Flag technical red flags. Make judgment calls. And through it all, keep things human: designing lovable user experiences and making the process feel magical to our clients.

If you love building things that  don’t exist yet , thrive in ambiguity, and like being the connective tissue between great ideas and great execution, this role is for you.

🎨  What You’ll Do

• Own product builds end-to-end.  Act as the single point of contact for clients: run kickoff calls, gather requirements, scope MVPs, and own delivery.
• Turn messy ideas into clear specs.  Use client calls, Turbo’s AI tools, and your own judgment to transform raw vision into UX flows, wireframes, and dev specs.
• Evaluate technical feasibility.  Quickly determine if a product is buildable, what it will take, and what the tradeoffs are. You’ll speak fluently with engineers and know when to simplify or split a feature.
• Orchestrate like a pro.  Coordinate work between clients, human engineers, and AI agents. Unblock, set deadlines, and move fast.
• Own feedback loops.  Collect, prioritize, and respond to client feedback. Keep things moving without compromising quality.
• Make clients feel seen.  Clients are often first-time builders. You’ll build trust, communicate clearly, and keep them excited and empowered throughout the process.
• Shape how Turbo works.  You’ll help us improve our AI agents, our systems, and processes as we scale.

💡  You Might Be a Fit If...

• You’ve worked as a technical product manager, product owner, or solutions architect at a dev shop, agency, or startup.
• You’ve led multiple projects or clients at once, and know how to keep everyone informed, aligned, and excited.
• You’ve scoped products from scratch and know what it takes to go from zero to one.
• You speak both design and dev. You’re fluent in UX principles, and you understand APIs, CRUD logic, database design, and frontend/backend separation.
• You have a strong creative eye and product sense — you care about polish.
• You’re excited about the future of AI tools and have used tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Cursor, Lovable, or Copilot.
• You thrive in ambiguity and love solving problems that  don’t have a playbook yet.
• You speak advanced English. Bonus if you worked with US clients or stakeholders.
