React Native Engineer

🎪 The role * You'll join our team as a Frontend Engineer helping to craft a delightful UI/UX * You'll work on our native iOS app built in React Native * Additionally, you will help us create an Android app * Over the coming years, we'll look to build up a team around you * If you love working on those UI magic moments and animations, this is your calling

🙌 About you * You have at least 2 years of experience in Software Engineering with React or React Native * You enjoy the challenge of building products from scratch and being involved from design to shipping, but also iterating with customers * You're hungry to learn about new technologies and always want to find the right tool for the job, even if that means stepping into the unknown * Ideally, you have a genuine interest in crypto and decentralized finance (or a desire to change the status quo in finance) * You are a genuine and humble person 😀

✨ The process * We don't believe in long drawn out processes. We're committed to getting to know you and giving you an answer on where we stand within two weeks. * We have four key stages: * Initial calls: we get to know you, tell you about what we've built and our plans. * Coding challenge: we'll ask you to perform a short technical assessment and send us a piece of code. We'll use that as a basis to understand which decisions you've taken and why. * Conversation with our CEO: you'll get to spend time with Neel to speak about your ambitions, what's important to you and ask any questions you may have.
