Role overview
Zoox is looking for an intern to gain hands-on experience across the full recruiting lifecycle and various talent programs. The intern will support day-to-day recruiting activities, contribute to process improvements, and participate in strategic projects that shape how we attract and hire talent. This internship will build a strong foundation in recruiting strategies, programs, and best practices, while developing skills applicable to a future career in talent acquisition or HR.
In this Role, You Will...
- Conduct research to identify talent trends, sourcing channels, and competitive insights to inform recruiting and talent program strategies
- Support the planning and execution of talent programs such as internships, candidate events, and internal mobility initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Talent, People Experience, and business functions to coordinate program logistics and share insights
- Contribute to process improvements by analyzing workflows, gathering feedback, and helping implement scalable solutions across recruiting and talent programs
What we're looking for
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is $5,500 to $7,500. Compensation will vary based on role, degree level and type, and benefits will be offered based on eligibility. Additional benefits may include medical insurance, 401k, and a housing stipend.
