Opentensor Foundation is seeking an experienced AI / Web3 Product Manager to drive product strategy, execution, and operational coordination for their subnet. This role blends strategic product leadership with hands-on operational oversight, ensuring efficient subnet operations and collaboration with various stakeholders to design products and optimize incentive systems.
What you'll work on
Skills • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Technical Program Management, ideally within AI, ML, or blockchain ecosystems. • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, especially reinforcement learning and distributed training systems. • Experience with token economies, decentralized operations, and incentive design. • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional operations in decentralized or open-source environments. • Exceptional ability to translate technical systems into actionable product and operational strategies. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Familiarity with Bittensor, decentralized compute networks, or Web3 architecture is a major plus.
