What you'll work on
Skills • 3+ years of experience in bot development, conversational AI, or front-end engineering. • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Vue. • Experience with conversational platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Copilot, Genesys). • Strong understanding of NLP, conversational design, and UX/UI best practices. • Integration experience with enterprise systems using RESTful APIs. • Background working on teams that support customer service or IT support, with a focus on building tools that improve end-user experience. • Agile development experience and a 'builder' mindset; someone who codes, troubleshoots, and improves. • Experience with at least two conversational platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Copilot, Genesys).
