Risk Operations Training and QA Governance Manager

Responsible for maintaining a high-performing team of fraud investigators who are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to detect fraud such as ID theft, social engineering, bot attacks, stolen financials, etc;

Develop and update the training syllabus and formulate training strategies for the Risk department;
