The Security Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the following core functions within the organization:

What we're looking for
- Required full professional fluency in English and Spanish to seamlessly adapt communication >
- 4+ years of experience acting as a leader in SOC, CSIRT, CERT, CDC or similar.
- Must possess a strong sense of urgency and maintain 24/7 availability to effectively address and mitigate security incidents. This includes mandatory participation in on-call rotation schedules as required.
- Demonstrated experience leading Incident Response teams.
- Solid experience working with EDRs.
- Solid experience working with SIEM or similar technologies.
- Solid experience working with Endpoint Security technologies.
- Solid experience working with Secure Email technologies.
- Solid experience working with DLP technologies.
- Solid knowledge in Threat Intelligence.
- Experience working with cloud environments, preferably on AWS.
- Solid experience leveraging AI/ML tools and workflows to automate processes, including identifying automation opportunities, designing and implementing AI-driven solutions, and measuring their impact on operational efficiency.
