Role overview
THE ROLE:
Ripple is seeking an experienced data scientist to own analytics for our liquidity products and services. This role will partner closely with Product, Liquidity Engineering, Finance, and other teams to understand our customers deeply and ensure we have the insights and intelligence to build products to meet their needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative environment, always with acute attention to detail. This role reports to the Director of Data Insights.
What we're looking for
- Develop, own and execute on the data science roadmap for our liquidity product, partnering closely with Product, Liquidity Engineering, Finance, and business units.
- Define key product metrics measuring the usage, quality and overall success; use these insights to drive product strategy (what to build, who to target, etc).
- Partner with the Data Infrastructure and Warehousing teams to define requirements for data pipelines and warehouse tables
- Partner with the Applied Science team to conduct experiments on new product features and customer use.
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and other tools
- Champion the use of data across the organization; put your insights into the hands of others through dashboards, presentations and more
