As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Tonstakers, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform. You will collaborate closely with our dedicated design, product, and development teams to deliver outstanding user experiences. What you'll work on
- Engineer, develop, and maintain scalable, high-availability front-end applications for our liquid staking platform.
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to create intuitive, user-friendly web interfaces that align with our company’s vision and user needs.
- Implement responsive web design principles to ensure the website renders well across multiple devices.
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring application security.
- Lead front-end development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timeline and quality standards adherence.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to operations and activities where applicable.
- Mentor junior front-end developers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a proven track record of developing complex, high-traffic web applications.
- Expertise in JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) and proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization, caching, and front-end security principles.
- Experience with modern development tools (e.g., Git, Webpack, Node.js) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think algorithmically, and a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
