Role overview
We’re looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team.
You have an interest in crypto, data, finance, or trading. In addition, you’re excited to work in a startup environment where there are always new projects and challenges. You will have the opportunity to learn different functional areas of the business working side-by-side with the founders and business partners.

Location: New York City Preferred (remote within North America possible)
What you'll work on
- Work with the product team on bringing new features and products to life as part of our institutional SigDev Terminal
- Help maintain and improve a few B2C SaaS products
- Opportunities to own greenfield projects from ideation to delivery
- Strong experience in Ruby on Rails, especially with processes involving high-volume background jobs and real-time data (at least 4 years of web development)
- Confidence in working with either Vue or React (we use Vue) and implementing frontend designs with attention to detail
- Ability to quickly iterate together with the product, design, research, and data science teams
- Strong autonomy and ability to execute based on high-level business direction and project scope to take it from start to finish
- An appreciation for keeping it simple and shipping quickly
- Player-coach for continuing to grow the web development team
