Role overview
The Crypto team is responsible for building, maintaining, and growing Cash App’s blockchain-based financial services.
What you'll work on
- Architect, build, and deliver user-facing features that provide value to millions of people around the world
- Participate in all phases of product development, working with non-Engineering related disciplines (Product and Design) and adjacent Engineering teams (Mobile, Platform, Machine Learning, and Data Science)
- Assist in defining and building a feature roadmap that prioritizes customer value
- Own features and functions throughout their life cycle, from inception, rollout, launch, scale, and iteration
- Participate in on-call rotation
What we're looking for
- A passion for Bitcoin and other digital assets
- 5+ years of software development or equivalent experience
- Success prioritizing urgency, excellence, and execution in a fast-paced and high-growth engineering environment
- Taken technical initiative and led high value projects across multiple teams and disciplines
- A history of healthy collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
