Your role is pivotal in operating, analyzing, and monitoring SPEI transactions, ensuring strict compliance with regulations and delivering seamless experiences to our users. As the SPEI Ops Analyst, you will be trusted with critical responsibilities that safeguard our usersâ funds and the stability of our operations.

What we're looking for
- Mexican or Mexican resident, based in Mexico City, with full availability to work on-site.
- 2+ years of experience in Operations, Treasury, Accounting as an Analyst or similar role in Financial Institutions.
- Bachelorâs degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Administration, or similar.
- Handling of payment systems like SPEI, CODI, DIMO, SPID, or Transfers, and knowledge of payment platforms from Praxis, LGEC or similar, as well as a good understanding of the Mexican Financial System.
- Proven expertise in SPEI operations and regulations (certifications, audits, compliance rules) and an active e.firma.
- Comfortable working under pressure, keeping calm and precise even when things get intense.
- Accountable and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership of responsibilities and outcomes.
- Collaborative by nature, great at building trust and working closely with teammates and cross-functional areas.
- Detail-oriented and precise, with a natural obsession for getting things right.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Access, SQL, Looker, or similar).
- Strategic thinker, adept at using metrics and data for decision-making, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
- Highly disciplined with a sense of urgency and customer-centric mindset, committed to daily processes and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of the fintech or broader financial industry is a plus.
