What you'll work on
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading high-impact projects.
- Degree in Administration, Actuarial Sciences, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., Masterâs) are a plus.
- Expertise in SQL, with a strong ability to optimize queries and work with complex datasets.
- Advanced skills in data storytelling, visualization, and exploration, enabling you to present insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Extensive experience designing and developing dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools tailored to diverse business needs.
- Proven experience working with Looker or similar BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), with the ability to build scalable and insightful analytics solutions.
- Have experience with tools and technologies such as Git, R, Python, and/or Databricks.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
What we're looking for
- Have extensive experience with Looker (LookML), including creating scalable and efficient data models.
- Possess expertise in advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling or machine learning.
- Are skilled in causal analysis and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing).
