As a Biz and Ops recruiter, your purpose is to drive the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate areas such as finance, legal, sales, marketing and ops acting as the go-to person for hiring managers and ensuring the selection of high-performing individuals who will shape the future of our company. You will be involved right from the beginning, conducting intake sessions to thoroughly understand the talent requirements. From there, you will take ownership of attracting top talent and guiding them through the recruitment journey, culminating in extending offers. Throughout the process, you will maintain strong engagement with hiring managers, keeping them involved and updated, and consistently deliver an incredible candidate experience.

What you'll work on

  • +5 years of experience leading hiring processes with complex stakeholders in different geographies.
  • Has a great understanding on strategies towards recruiting metrics.
  • Tech-savvy individuals are encouraged to apply – though coding skills aren't a must-have for this role, the geekier, the better! Your efforts to understand technical concepts will be highly appreciated 🤓
  • Proven experience in business recruiting, preferably in a high-growth environment supporting multiple technical hiring teams with a strong emphasis on sourcing high quality candidates
  • Proficient in utilizing Boolean strings, LinkedIn, and creative sourcing strategies to effectively engage candidates
  • Comfortable utilizing data and analytics to assess and improve sourcing strategies, contributing to data-driven decision-making
  • Proven strategic sourcer, skilled at working in a highly efficient team
  • Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence. In order to excel in this role, you should possess a clear understanding of technical positions and the ability to efficiently generate pipelines while actively incorporating feedback
  • Accountable and autonomous, taking ownership of tasks to drive successful outcome
  • Capable of fostering a positive environment for those around you
  • Proven English fluency

What we're looking for

    • Identify and engage passive candidates using boolean searches, online tools, LinkedIN and unique sourcing methods to enhance our Engineering teams at Bitso
  • Continuously grow the pipeline of candidates and proactively understand where the team needs help with the sourcing process
  • Collaborate with recruiting teammates and various departments at Bitso to ensure an exceptional experience for all parties involved in the recruitment process
  • Screen candidates to assess their skills and ensure a strong alignment with Bitso's values and objectives
  • Track pipeline data meticulously and provide regular updates to partners on all roles/projects supported
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail when entering data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and additional tools
  • Champion inclusive recruiting practices to ensure a diverse and dynamic workforce
  • Capable of fostering a positive environment for those around you
