Who We Are: The Product Content Creation Team is an integral part of Fanatics. We’re committed to creating the best customer experience through delivering and maintaining high-quality product content for the fan. Our team collaborates daily with Merchandising, Marketing, Tech and Business Management teams. We take pride in creating a fun, casual and supportive environment. About your role: As the Studio Manager you’ll inspire, lead and direct a highly-skilled e-Comm production studio team. This team produces both on-form and table-top imagery for online stores. As the Studio Manager your day-to-day main focus will be overseeing studio processes including a product content data entry team, helping the team maintain a high-level of production and ensuring the highest quality imagery is being produced. You’ll be responsible for physical product – ensuring it gets ordered in on time, is completely processed to standard and is returned back to our warehouses timely.

Your responsibilities include: • Continually evaluating processes for improvement, gaps and inefficiencies.  • Manage data from multiple data sources and use it to ensure effective planning.  • Track product through the workflow.  • Ensure process completion across various projects • Ensurestandards are being upheld.  • Maintain highest level of quality control. • Work at the network level for feedback, quality and consistency.  • Maintain department schedule, optimizing it to meet oncoming goals.  • Oversee the development of all training materials and guides.  • Conduct employee reviews and guiding professional development. • Overall studio upkeep and workspace organization.  • Delegating tasks while still maintaining visibility. • Troubleshooting all technical equipment.

We’re excited about you because you: • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Photography, Digital Media, Marketing or Communications or have equivalent work experience.  • 6+ years in a studio/production environment. • 4+ years leading a team.  • Have a proven ability to manage workflows and meet deadlines.  • Are proficient with Microsoft office, especially excel.  • Have a working understanding of Photoshop • Are willing to work until the job is done with increased hours during peak season. • Are able to lift 50lbs.
