Base is planning to bring a million developers and a billion users onchain. We need your help to make that happen.
We believe that the onchain platform is the most important builder platform since the internet (âonlineâ). We believe that the onchain platform should be open source, free to use, and globally available. And we believe that in order to make it really work, we need all hands on deck, working together to scale in a secure, decentralized, easy-to-use way.

What you'll work on
- Build AI-first tools that massively boost developer productivity
- Create autonomous agents that integrate with real-world tools (GitHub, Slack, Linear, Figma, etc.)
- Design agents that become full-fledged team members â contributing to codebases, responding in threads, even running retros and handling follow-ups
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to deploy agents into our internal workflows
- Package these agents into SDKs, APIs, or frontends for broader adoption in external products
- Prototype quickly, ship fast, and obsess over real-world performance, latency, and UX
What we're looking for
- Have strong engineering instincts and love building full-stack systems end-to-end
- Are deeply obsessed about the intersection of AI, agents, and productivity
- Have deep experience building LLM-powered tools (LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic, Agents, etc.)
- Have shipped agentic workflows before and deeply understand how agents function in production
- Prioritize pragmatic solutions and outcomes above technicalities and artificial barriers
- Thrive in fast-paced environments with high agency and autonomy, and are unafraid to break through walls.
- Experience integrating AI into dev tooling and collaboration tools with rapid feedback cycles
