What you'll work on
- A strong technical foundation in engineering or manufacturing, with deep expertise in at least one domain and fluency across disciplines.
- Experience architecting or building complex physical systems from first principles to final integration.
- Proven leadership in fast-paced, technically ambitious environments.
- A bias for action, clarity of thought, and a passion for solving real-world problems.
- Comfort with ambiguity, zero-to-one builds, and "building the plane as we fly it."
- A hands-on approach capable of both setting a vision as well as jumping into details.

- Scaling R&D operations into full production
- Standing up a factory or test facility from scratch
- Industrial automation, robotics, or high-mix manufacturing
- MRP/ERP design and implementation
