This position is part of the TabaPay Product and Technology organizations. While the job will help you put your technical skills to good use, it will also provide growth opportunities to learn and deploy software for clients, handle internal projects, work with a cross-functional team within the larger product, support, and technology organizations.
What You’ll be Doing
As a Technical Operations Engineer, you will perform the following tasks, but not limited to:
- Manage, create, and complete Change Controls that TabaPay Operations team receive everyday
- Monitor notifications from networks we are connected to for outages, maintenance, etc.
- Ensure all the TabaPay Operations assignments are completed in a timely manner
- Support the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with day-to-day activities
- Publish daily statuses for the operations team to various stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical field
- 0-2 years of experience in technical roles – previous DevOps experience is a bonus
- Ability to roll-up your sleeves and get the job done
- Detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- JIRA knowledge preferred

The pay range for this position is $and 70,000-$80,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
