As our UX Researcher, you will drive the understanding of our usersâ needs, motivations, and behaviors across multiple products and markets in Latin America.
What you'll work on
- Experience: 6+ years in UX or product research, with a proven track record influencing product direction and business decisions in fast-paced, high-impact environments (fintech, crypto, or consumer digital products preferred).
- Fluency in English & Spanish: Excellent written and spoken communication skills to effectively collaborate across distributed and multicultural teams.
- Research Mastery: Deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., JTBD interviews, usability testing, concept validation, diary studies, surveys, card sorting, A/B testing).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to design and lead end-to-end research that drives strategic clarity, identifies opportunities, and influences prioritization.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Experience partnering with Product, Design, and Data teams to align insights with roadmap and OKRs.
- Analytical Rigor: Skilled in synthesizing behavioral, attitudinal, and market data to derive actionable insights and identify knowledge gaps.
- Communication Excellence: Adept at turning data into compelling narratives and frameworks that inspire alignment and action.
- Autonomy & Leadership: Operates independently, mentors peers, and contributes to elevating research quality and culture.

What we're looking for
- Shape product strategy by leading complex, multi-method research projects that uncover insights about user behavior, motivations, and pain points across markets.
- Design comprehensive research plans that balance generative discovery and evaluative testingâintegrating qualitative and quantitative inputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define key research questions, success metrics, and decision frameworks for your product area.
- Conduct and synthesize research using a combination of interviews, surveys, diary studies, and behavioral data from analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Translate insights into strategic recommendations that directly influence product roadmaps, design decisions, and business prioritization.
- Lead synthesis workshops and share findings that create shared understanding, drive alignment, and connect insights to measurable impact.
- Measure experience quality through UX metrics (SUS, NPS, CSAT, drop-off rates, comprehension, conversion) and perception indicators (trust, usability, clarity).
- Mentor and empower designers and PMs to conduct lightweight tactical research, raising the organizationâs research maturity.
- Collaborate with Data Science to triangulate qualitative findings with behavioral data and KPI trends.
- Maintain a culture of learning by managing research repositories, enabling insight accessibility, and promoting evidence-based product decisions.
